Frida & Skye have been among the best for over a decade now. They've made their mark on many a dancer, and offer groovy, rhythmic dancing that only they can do.

Frida Segerdahl began dancing at the age of 5. During her teenage years, she was enrolled in the dance program, studying jazz, modern and ballet and much more. From the age of 9, Frida began competing in Double Bugg and Boogie Woogie, and although she was champion in both categories, she wanted more. At the age of 15, she attended the Herrang dance camp and fell in love with the Lindy Hop. In no time, she was asked to join the internationally renowned jazz dance company, Rhythm Hot Shots. She has performed, competed and taught all over the world.

Skye Humphries was first persuaded by his mother to dance Lindy Hop in 1996, but soon discovered his own love of social dancing, swing music and the Lindy Hop community. This led to a wider interest in dance, and he took classes in ballet, modern and jazz. Since 1999, he has been teaching wherever Lindy Hop is practiced, from national weekends to international dance camps. His involvement with the Lindy Hop sparked his interest in American history and cultural heritage, which led him to pursue studies at George Washington University, where he obtained his Master's degree in 2007. He currently resides in London.
